As an established professional you take great care with your client’s needs. Whatever your business you make sure clients leave your establishment feeling satisfied. Although, before your clients even walk through the door, you need to know how to reach them. For 2013, this means getting responsive.

More searches are performed on mobile devices today than ever before. Making it easy for potential clients to view your online portfolio and read your contact details is a sure way to capture their interest. Not making it easy is a sure way to lose their interest, possibly forever.

In her article ‘Why You Need to Prioritize Responsive Design Right Now,’ Forbes contributor, Susan Gunelius, interviews Jody Resnick, CEO of Trighton Interactive, a digital agency focused in responsive web design. Resnick explains how responsive websites rank higher in Google when searching from a mobile device. But, Resnick warns, users become easily frustrated when they visit a site that is not responsive.

“Someone investigating products and services online can become frustrated by the lack of complete content on the mobile site or the inability to navigate through the full site on her smartphone. She might give up the search altogether,” said Resnick.

Don’t let a traditional website keep you from acquiring new clients. You’re great at what you do and have a lot to offer. Now let the mobile world know by offering a responsive website.
