Promoting sustainable, local food with Community Roots!

If you couldn’t already tell, I’m all about sustainability and buying local. When I was approached by Wendy Madson, manager of Community Roots, and Christy McGill, co-founder and director of Healthy Communities Coalition, to help build an online presence for Community Roots, I was totally stoked! I was in charge of building the organization’s WordPress website, filming and editing (along with Robert Mills) one educational video and consulting with the organization on how to manage their site and build community online. I hope to continue working with this great organization for months to come!
